We process only the data necessary to provide our services:
- Identification and contact details: name, surname, email address, billing address.
- Training and analytical data: performance data, GPS records, heart rate.
- Health data: information regarding injuries or health limitations that you voluntarily provide to us for the purpose of safely designing your training plan (sensitive data under Article 9 of the GDPR).
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
- Performance of a contract: to design your training plan and provide coaching services.
- Compliance with legal obligations: particularly for accounting and tax purposes.
- Consent: in the case of health-related data, we process this information based on your explicit consent, which you express by entering into the cooperation.
4. Recipients of data and international transfers
Your data is secure, but we utilise the following partners to ensure the functionality of our services:
- TrainingPeaks (Peaksware LLC, USA): the primary platform for training analysis. Data transfer to the USA is secured in accordance with the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): anonymous website traffic statistics. Measurement runs only with your consent given in the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. The IP address is anonymised.
- Hosting and email service providers.
5. Cookies
The website uses essential cookies for its operation and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set if you give consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, the website does not measure traffic.
6. Data retention period
- Data for the performance of the contract is stored for the duration of the cooperation.
- Accounting documents are stored for 10 years (as required by law).

- request correction or erasure (the right to be forgotten),
